Job Summary

Job Title: Retail Strategy Intern

Reports To: Retail Strategy Specialist
Internship Type: Paid Internship
Location: Green Bay Support Office (De Pere, Wisconsin)
Duration: Fall 2025

 

The Retail Strategy Intern will support the Retail Strategy team in executing pricing strategies across seasonal assortments, vendor deal programs, and everyday pricing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail analytics, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with merchandising teams. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how data drives decision-making in a retail environment.

External Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in analyzing pricing data for vendor-funded promotions and cost changes.
  • Support the execution of cyclical pricing reviews, including item comparisons and brand relationships.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to help develop pricing plans for seasonal programs.
  • Help monitor data accuracy and participate in identifying and resolving data issues.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, including updating standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate findings or questions clearly.
  • Present insights or pricing opportunities to team members when applicable.
  • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other MS Office tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in retail, pricing strategy, or data-driven decision-making.

  • Expected to work approximately 15–20 hours/week during school year
